1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YegnaBet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

YegnaBet is a property management platform that enables landlords and property managers to manage properties, units, tenants, leases, maintenance requests, and rent collection. The Platform provides tools for both property managers and tenants.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to property management.
  • Provide accurate property, tenant, and financial information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding property management, tenant rights, and data protection.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Not use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • The Platform offers various subscription plans (Free Trial, Pro, Business) with different feature sets and unit limits.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as indicated at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Payment Processing

Rent payments and financial transactions are processed through third-party payment providers (Chapa, Stripe). By using these payment features, you also agree to the respective payment provider's terms of service. YegnaBet is not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party providers.

7. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Platform services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content on the Platform.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YegnaBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
